We record the course and the individual performances of the event. We compile promotional videos and photos from the recordings, which we place on our website, upload to our company YouTube and create DVD videos from them. We make and process all recordings ourselves, do not pass them on to third parties and do not use them for other promotional activities.
We will be pleased if you agree to this processing when filling out the application form. The recorded images will be used in connection with planned future events.
If you do not give us your consent, it does not matter, we do not want to force you to do anything. In such a case, we will ensure that the images of your person do not appear in the resulting films.
You can revoke your consent at any time, either in person at current events or at any time later by sending an enquiry toinfo@linefreecollection.cz. Please note that if you revoke your consent after the resulting films have been produced, it will no longer be possible to cut you out. Films are usually edited within 60 days after the event. During this time it is not a problem to reflect the withdrawal of consent.
You agree to record only for the event for which you are registering. We will keep the given consent in electronic form in the database of applications. We normally use processed videos for 5 years. After this time they are out of date and we remove them from the website.
